East Troy is a village in Walworth County, Wisconsin, surrounded by the Town of East Troy and extending into the adjacent Town of Troy. The 2020 census recorded a population of 5,673.

The community hosts the annual East Troy Bluegrass Festival. Blues guitarist Stevie Ray Vaughan died in a helicopter crash following a concert at Alpine Valley in 1990.
