Lawn Irrigation, Landscape Lighting & Paver Restoration in Inverness, IL
Sprinkler systems, landscape lighting, holiday lighting, paver restoration, drainage, and raised gardens. Serving Inverness homeowners since 2000.
Inverness is a village in Cook County, Illinois. The area was initially settled in 1836 as Deer Grove. The modern community emerged in 1926 when developer Arthur T. McIntosh acquired farmland and named it Inverness, after the McIntosh clan's ancestral home in Scotland. The village was officially incorporated in 1962.
Inverness maintains a one-acre minimum lot size. The village's borders are defined by Barrington Road to the west, Roselle Road to the east, Algonquin Road to the south, and Dundee Road to the north. The Four Silos, formerly a local landmark, now houses the Village Hall (relocated in 1985).
